How do I order from Printselection?

It's very simple: Choose your desired product in the online shop, add it to your shopping cart, and select a payment method – invoice (10 days) or instant payment with PayPal . After we receive your order, you will receive an email from us with the appropriate template and all the technical information for designing it.

Will I receive a template for the design?

Yes. After you place your order, we will send you the template (print file) and all technical details via email. This will allow you to easily prepare your design.

How can I submit my print data?

Once your data is ready, simply send it by email to info@printselection.ch (up to 10 MB) or via a WeTransfer link if the file is larger.

Do you check my data before production?

Yes. We will perform a technical data check and inform you if any adjustments are necessary. Upon request, we will create a release PDF before production starts, which you can then review and approve. Please indicate this request when submitting your data.

When does production start?

We ship within Switzerland via Swiss Post. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link.
